Since 2019, Baudo has been offering event catering and private chef services on the Île de Ré and in La Rochelle, for tailor-made gastronomic experiences at home or on site.
In the heart of the artisan village of Loix, Baudo offers contemporary cuisine inspired by our Parisian experience, around carefully selected products and attention to every detail.
Our wine cellar, open all year round, offers a selection of appellation and natural wines, while our home-made products and takeaways extend the Baudo experience to everyday life. This authenticity guides every one of our commitments to CSR and responsible gastronomy.

Thomas, a partner and owner of Parisian establishments for 15 years, takes the reins and leads the brigade with energy. It ensures smooth logistics, impeccable service and meticulous execution.
Resident chef Yann is a graduate of the École Ducasse, and his cuisine showcases seasonal produce and local producers.
