to Baudo Île de Ré
Located in the artisanal village of Loix, on the island of Ré, we have created our kitchen laboratory and showroom to welcome and receive our customers in a warm and elegant world.
Our showroom is bathed in light and is open to the kitchen to observe the chef and his team working. When you enter Baudo Ile de Ré, you enter our world, our “home”, we like to receive our guest in a friendly and warm atmosphere. When you enter Baudo Ile de Ré, you enter our universe, our “house”, we like to receive in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
Our kitchen laboratory is open to the showroom, in the spirit of a “show kitchen”. The two spaces are separated by a large counter. This counter offers us the possibility to receive our customers for their “food and wine pairing” tastings.
We organize wedding menu tastings for our future brides and grooms, we set a beautiful table, we prepare your wedding menu and we take great pleasure to project you in the big day.
